Nevada Poker Rooms Rake $8.57M In AprilNO Deposit bonus $43

Six hundred and 47 live poker tables around the state of Nevada and the WSOP online poker room raked a combined $8.57 million through the month of April, in step with a report released Thursday by Silver State gaming regulators.

Nevada revenue reports don’t separate poker revenue between live and online.

The amount was 0.86-percent greater than April 2015, which had 652 live poker tables.

There are 66 poker rooms in Nevada.

On or across the Las Vegas Strip there have been 306 poker tables in April, they usually accounted for about $5.3 million of the $8.57 million.

The Strip’s poker revenue fell 1 / 4 of a percentage point throughout the month in comparison to April 2015. Here’s a glance at Nevada’s poker revenue to this point in 2016:

January: $9.5 million (2.85-percent decrease)
February: $8.98 million (5.44-percent increase)
March: $9.68 million (0.01-percent decrease)

The poker rooms raked slightly over $118 million in 2015, which was a 1.57-percent decline in comparison to 2014’s $119.9 million. Poker revenue was $123.9 million in 2013, the year wherein the state saw its first online poker site.

The all-time high for Nevada poker was slightly below $168 million in 2007. Since that year, revenue has fallen year-over-year in all but one. The year 2013 had a 0.56-percent uptick in comparison to 2012.

The annual WSOP is ready to start out in only an issue of days. Last year, all three months that included the WSOP saw year-over-year poker revenue gains.

June, the one full month of WSOP events, typically has rake between $15 million and $16 million. June 2015 saw poker revenue grow 5.44 percent to $15.84 million.
