Game 6 of the Western Conference Finals goes tonight and unless there's a drastic injury or some huge bets coming down the pipe, the Golden State Warriors will close as underdogs for the primary time this postseason.

In fact, it is going to be just the fifth time all season the soldiers won't be facing chalk. But that hasn't perceived to faze the defending champs an excessive amount of at the court.

The Warriors are 3-1 straight up and against the spread within the four previous games they were pups, with the lone blemish an 87-79 loss at San Antonio on March 19 as 4.5-point dogs.

Going back somewhat further the numbers even out a little bit more, with the soldiers going 6-4 of their last 10 games where they've been listed as underdogs.

It need to be noted two of these losses came against the Spurs and another was a game during which the the soldiers dropped a game at Denver without both two-time reigning MVP Stephen Curry and his "Splash Brother" Klay Thompson.

So of their last seven games where the Dubs were dogs against teams not named the Spurs and had a minimum of one "Splash Brother" the soldiers are 6-1 SU/ATS.

That being said, this Thunder team, currently listed as 3-point chalk, was imposing their will over the soldiers at home, where they're 0-5-1 ATS of their last six trips there.

Plus, it's the first time Golden State has been pups over the past two years with their season at the line.
