Always ready for a challenge, PokerStars decided to ask the Institute's UK branch to position us during the rigorous review process, including a management cultural audit and a survey of our 1,200 worldwide employees, half which might be based in our London and Isle of Man offices. The result of the audit and the united kingdom employee survey are then measured against such workplace values of credibility, respect, fairness, pride and camaraderie.
