
Seminole Brighton Casino has named Steffanie Immerfall as its new player development executive.
A casino industry veteran of just about 20 years, Immerfall involves Seminole Brighton Casino from Windcreek Casinos in Alabama where she held the location of resorts sales manager specializing in business development and sales for both Windcreek Montgomery and Windcreek Wetumpka.
In her new role at Seminole Brighton Casino, Immerfall may be establishing relationships within our community to achieve new guests and introduce all that Brighton has to provide to new players. She's going to be specializing in more onsite and stale property community and charitable events to ascertain Brighton as a premier destination for entertainment in our local community.
“I am a company believer within the saying that after you're keen on what you do, you never must work another day to your life,” said the Purdue University graduate. “I love what I do and always be able to make my work environment a fun and happy place to be.”
A Chicago native, Immerfall also spent 17 years with Harrah’s/Ameristar Casinos in East Chicago, Ind. where she held the positions of slot operations manager, F&B/hotel operations manager and player’s club, Promotions & special events.
“My true passion is in elevating the guest experience while on property through service initiatives and using new technology to simplify the guest experience,” she added.
While at Windcreek Casinos, Immerfall received four Romero Awards, which recognizes excellence in casino marketing.
