The 2016-17 NBA schedule was released into the wild last night, and immediately basketball fans scoured the calendar for the must-see matchups: Kevin Durant’s showdown with the Thunder, Golden State’s finals rematch with LeBron and the Cavs, Dwyane Wade versus Miami.

We took it one step further and asked an NBA oddsmaker to set some early potential odds on these marquee games. Here’s what we got:

October 25 - Golden State Warriors at San Antonio Spurs (+3)

“This one should probably be in the direction of +1 or a pick, but with the Warriors' public perception sky high and it being opening night, we'll shade toward Golden State,” says Scott Cooley of Bookmaker.eu.

November 4 - Chicago Bulls at The big apple Knicks (-2)

“The Bulls would be the better team however the Knicks are a large public team,” says Cooley.

November 10 - Miami Heat at Chicago Bulls (-9)

“Really... this was a highlight! I DO KNOW you are a big D-Wade fan but come on.”

December 25 – Cleveland Cavaliers at Golden State Warriors (-6)

“Revenge factor may be in full effect on Christmas Day. A lot of boozed-up bettors seeking to back the Dubs.”

February 11 – Oklahoma City Thunder at Golden State Warriors (-11)

“Sure, Russell Westbrook might be fired up for this one, but it's doubtful KD takes the reunion lightly.”
